The Employee Referral Program has been created so that you can connect a prospective employee with a hiring manager. The process is simple... Fill in the Referral Form above with the appropriate information and someone from Thompson will contact the prospective employee as soon as possible. If the prospective employee is hired and maintains employment for 90 days, then you will receive $500.
